Customer Zone FAQs

Our office hours are 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to midday on Saturday.
If you store within a 20ft storage unit, we can amend your account at any time for you; just let us know how much space you will require within the unit. If you require an additional unit, please contact us and we’ll confirm availability for you.
We send an invoice to you via email when your rental becomes due. If you require a copy invoice, please just let us know.
We normally arrange for ongoing payments to be collected by Direct Debit from your bank account. If you wish to change your ongoing payments, please contact us and we’ll confirm further details for you.
We just ask for seven days’ notice to cancel your agreement. If you have paid for the upcoming storage period, we’ll confirm further details regarding any refund which will be due back to you for unused days.
We can arrange a duplicate key for you – the charge per key is £25.
