What happens if I lose the key to my padlock?
As part of your fees, we’ll supply the first padlock and key for your unit, but from that point, it is your responsibility. We do, however, understand that accidents do happen and sometimes everyone misplaces things.
If you lose the key to your padlock, it’s imperative that you contact Beyond Storage as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement – the wellbeing of your stuff being the primary reason for this!
However, Beyond Storage regretfully cannot provide a new key to your padlock free of charge. Instead, we charge £25 for each replacement key for units.
