#1 Hereford’s Festive Markets
If you’re a customer at our Hereford, Ross-on-Wye or Phocle Green sites, listen up…
You’ll have not one, not two, but six dates to visit the Hereford Christmas Markets, located in the heart of Hereford city centre. With 30+ stalls, a range of delicious street food to sample and one giant Christmas tree to really set the scene, you’re sure to leave the festive markets feeling rather jolly.
If you’re yet to do your Christmas shopping, this one’s for you. With everything from crafts and clothing to jewellery and accessories, there really is something for everyone. And these unique items not only make for great stocking fillers and gifts, but support local traders, too – a win-win if you ask us!
#2 Winter Glow, Malvern
From 24th November 2023 until 6th January 2024, you can get in the spirit with the family-friendly Winter Glow Christmas market. Complete with an ice rink, illumination trail, giant Ferris wheel, Santa’s grotto and a variety of festive stalls, this festive fair is the perfect destination for fun-loving families, couples and friends.
You’ll need to purchase a ticket for the experiences, but entry to the Christmas market, food quarter and parking is free! With offers for families, groups and advance bookings, check out the prices online before your visit to see if you can grab a discount!
Held at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern, Worcestershire, Ross-on-Wye and Hereford self-storage customers can reach this magical festive experience in around 30 minutes. If you’re willing to travel a little further for this Christmas extravaganza, Stratford-upon-Avon storers can reach the site in an hour – well worth it if you ask us!
#3 Christmas Cracker, Leicester
A larger-than-life Christmas tree, a giant wheel of light, funfair and ice skating? Leicester’s Christmas Cracker festive experience promises to put the joy in Christmas. Located in the heart of Leicester, the Christmas experience is easily accessible via train, car, bus or walking – there’s even a park and ride!
Beyond Leicester customers can reach this festive site in just under 20 minutes if travelling by car. Ashby-de-la-Zouch storers are looking at about half an hour, but with lots of shops, restaurants and festive activities on offer, it’s worth the trip.
#4 Christmas at Pembrey
Carmarthen residents can light up their Christmas spirit with an impressive after-dark Christmas light trail at Pembrey Country Park. Whilst not strictly a Christmas market, we think this show-stopping experience deserves a spot on the most wonderful list of the year.
From 7th – 19th December, Pembrey Country Park will be illuminated by colourful lights and festive sculptures – and did we mention it’s free? If you want to get hearts racing, you can head to the ski slopes or toboggan trail and experience the festive lights from new heights (and speeds!).
